Default HELP: bleeding brakes 2000 F-150

I change calipers on my brothers 2000 F-150 4x4 today and can't bleed the air out of the lines. I can get pressure when the truck is off but not when it is running. Do I need to disable the ABS to bleed the brakes? I was going to try pulling the fuse on the ABS but Ford numbers the fuse box instead of labeling them. So if anyone can tell me what fuse number it is or what I need to do to bleed the brakes it would help me alot.

Thanks
Kevin
