my friend told me his lightning has 8psi stock and did a bypass value and now has like 12psi, his is an 00 and he said with that it has a cobra pulley on it (2psi?) and 90mm Mass Airflow hes over 400hp 500+tq and he can run 13.8... how much of this is true?

 

Close on most of it , but HP./TQ. numbers.

 

The bypass is usually only good for 1-2 psi. 12 psi generally isn't good for 400/500 unless he's on a real agressive tune. And those HP numbers are good for way better than a 13.8. I'm less than that and look at my times. Unless he just can't drive, he's blowing some smoke your direction.

he dont know too much, he dont have a tune, just simple stuff and he gteched it and it ran 13.8
