2003 F150 rear end?

Was wondering if there is anyway of making my trucks rear posi or limited slip as they say? Can I add something to the rear or do I need a rear end swap? Also is the rear a 9.75?

Most of the 9.75 come with a limited slip if yours didn't come with the tow package its possible it come with ford offers them looking to them see if there not very pricy
