Hey grip, reading your other post brought this to my attention. There is a sticker on the snout of my blower, it says "For off road use only". Is this normal? Wonder if it has something to do with my different boost level. It was sent to me with the superchips programming and everything, just an apperant larger pulley.

An EO sticker comes with the kit to replace the "for offroad use only" sticker on the snout

Funny they even put it on there. It is made for on highway vehicles.

Towed my snowmobiles yesteday and my boat today with the 3.25 and had to keep it in 3rd at 110KMH or else I was slightly into boost and cruising at 11.8 AFR. Fuel economy was better in 3rd at 2800 RPM than in 4th at 2000 RPM.

Okay so I got a thinkin'. Why do I have such a small pulley, and such small boost #'s compared to normal? (3.2" and 4.5#) I have been told a few different ways to measure the pulley, all of which basically said the same thing. So I measure it to be 3.2". It is not stamped the size, that would be too easy. So what pulley do I order to get 50 RWHP gain. About a 2.8 or 2.9". Okay, then what belt would I need? Well MR. Allgonoshow gives me this wonderfull link and it explains all pulley sizes to what belt is needed. So since I don't really feel confident in my measuring of the pulley I decide to see what belt I have. Well guess what, it is a 112" belt. So now I am so confused as to what pulley I have, that tomorrow I will get ahold of the selling dealer of the blower, and hopefully he can call Magnason and see what it actually was shipped with. I am guessing it is a 3.4 or 3.5 and that would answer my issues with low boost, just not answer why the hell I can't measure the pulley acurately. I love this runaround crap.
Hopefully tomorrow I can get some answers.
