.............the other thing is tuning, you'll need someI guess I don't need tuning. I asked the guy that tuned it and he said go hard. Unless getting 10 PSI it will be fine. He said if I want to he can re-do it, but not necessary. 2 bar MAP table is ready to go. Over my head from there.

is this because he has already done a radix'ed truck JUST like your with2 bar? Are you still using the maf with your 2 bar or are you really without it?

yeh, .3 will get you a lot. But it will also make for hotter and quicker rise IAT temps. Bare that in mind. Belt size on a stock setup with 2.9, uhhhh say 111.5 down to a 111.0. At my elevation I went from a 3.0 pulley to a 2.8 pulley. My boost went from 7.5ish to 8.7ish. In the real cold weather I can squeak 9.2#'s. Not sure of HP quotes. It ranges with different systems. moregrip is probably real damn close with the hp quote.

I am hoping with my larger intercooler exchanger and rad that the temps will be okay, since I really only want what a "non-towing" kit would put out. Okay maybe 1 more PSI. Okay maybe 2... but that is it. 3??
I think the non towing is 7 PSI right?

non towing is whatever pulley it takes to get 6-7 lbs of boost.

measure the outside diameter of the pulley(blower). Post it up. Grip or blownchevy will set you straight. I can't imagine you have a 3.2. With 4.5psi? But I am no good at the elevation thing either. so..measure and post.
