Hey Nevada79. Well as far as belt slip and throwing belt I working on a little something for this F1R. I am waiting on the crank cog witch will be here this week and will be running a 65mm wide cog belt independent of the stock 6rib which will run all the acc.
Everything is just loosely bolted together until I get the the crank cog.

I bought the Innovators west 8 rib kit. When I first installed it I had problems throwing belts. I bought a laser aligner and got everything lined up and still had problems throwing belts. It ended up that the tensioner was maxing out under load and the belts would just walk off. I am running a 7.5 crank pulley and a 4.5 supercharger pulley and the belt needed to be 111.5. No one makes a belt the short in 8-rib so I bought a larger Idler pulley to take up the slack on my belt which is 112.4. I have not had any problems since. I have made many wide open runs and have 0 belt slip. No dust anywhere and it makes a little over 10 pounds at 6500. I am running 8.5 compresion and have pretty free flowing heads so I am pretty content with that. I need to get bigger injectors and let the big dog eat. Good luck with your build. One last thing, you will DEFINATELY need a larger bov. I had the stock one and when I would let off it would instantly destroy belts, the blower would back surge bad. I upgraded to the big red race bov but that is a little overkill right now, a vortec mondo would work just fine. We need more procharger guys, I hope it comes together for ya.
