Some info about the truck is a 2002 Silverado rcsb with an L33 5.3, going to use a JFR 218 cam, S475 turbo, 4L80e and 3.42 gears. I currently have a Circle D billet single disk 1B 2700 stall converter, but I was told that the weight of the truck and the torque from the turbo push it further to 3400. Will this converter work well with my setup? I can send it in and have it restalled but I was just curious if this stall will work well?

 

What size is the converter?

 

258mm if that's what you meant.

 

I have the 258mm 3B seems to work fine for me.

 

3B would be a stupid loose converter under power.

1B should be okay.

Would also like to know what you guys think for 6.2l with tick stage 1 turbo cam and a 80/83 1.10 AR BW single turbo Has a 6l80. shooting for 800 whp. With fast spool and unreal launch. But still very street able.
