Default Will Magnuson tune for a shiftkit?

I've got my Radix on the way (should see it this week) and am now wondering what the tune will be like as far as line pressure goes. I have a Transgo HD2 and both 2nd and 4th sevoe's and told TByrne that when the order was placed.
Do you think they will still up the pressure or leave it stock? I right now have a Superchips tuner and run the pressure at stock or else part throttle shifts are to firm.
So do you guys think I'll be needing a tune?

The trans calibration is done on a stock transmission. They will not make any changes for your shift kit.

Try using the powertrain warranty... It is a joke.

Unless they have changed the warranty provider since 2004.

Isn't the warranty only valid if the radix is installed by a reputable/certified installer???? I thought home driveway installs are not coverd...I'm a far better mechanic than any shop around here and I don't think I qualify for the warranty cause I did it myself.. Is this correct???

I was referring to the warranty on the Magnacharger not the optional powertrain warranty. I'm sure if something goes wrong with the kit they'll warranty it,won't they?

I don't think you'll have a problem with the warranty on the blower it's self, they have to pass several checks before they even go out. I think failures are rare...
