Default Will 228R cam work with a Radix mp112?

Have a Radix MP112 new just sitting in the box and throwing the idea of running it on a 5.3 with the 228R cam. Might be a long shot but does anyone think this setup is worth trying? I've had this setup before on a 5.3 with the GT2-3 cam, worked great but wasn't nowhere near choppy as the 228 on a 112lsa.

It can always work.

Is the cam the ideal blower cam, no but that doesn't mean it won't make good power still. If the cam was already installed I would just slap the blower on and run it personally.

Will it work, ya. It won't be ideal but it will work without issue. You will have to keep idle rpm up a fair amount as the 112/122 are prone to rotor knock with a choppy cam.
