SilveradoL33 had a S468 on his stock 5.3. Made 681whp through an 80e, 14sf, and 35s. Went 12.0 @ 110.
It was a T6 flange, I believe 1.10 A/R, and 4" downpipe/exhaust

There was a lot of difference in spool up characteristics of the two with the smaller turbine side on the 80. That made it spool much faster then the 75. As for power, I was never really close to maxing either so it's had to tell a difference there. I'm building my current set of turbo pipes so I can swap between the TC76 I have now and the S480. I've got a T4 1.0 a/r housing on the 80 now, so we'll see how that setup works.

when I asked my local guy who sells BW turbo's he said to go for the 1.32A/R
I dont know if it was a performance thing or the exrtra cost to get it T4'd and the other stuff that makes it less off the shelf
