I'd like to see how one was piped. I've only ever seen the the bypass vented to atmosphere....

Here is my (old) setup: the pipe above the airfilter feeds the pipe in the next pictures--where you'll see my bypass.

it comes with the truck kits

I run a small k&n filter on my bypass, instead of running it back to the intake. It quiets it down really well.

Sureshot runs an open race bypass on his and it is sounds totally different than mine.

Thanks in advance!

I started with a Procahrger P1sc-1 on my green truck, I'm in the middle of a motor build and it's getting a ported eaton in it's place

the reason why is because the wife doesn't like the noise at idle, it's going to be used for street duty / occasional towing and I'll be upgrading head units and putting the centrufigal setup on another truck

I had a small filter on mine and you could hear it non stop.

I have seriously considered building an 'exhaust' system for it and running a pipe out the back of the truck! LOL

Oh well the kit is sold, it's up to the new owner to do as he pleases now.

My set-up blows out in the air, hate that hissing sound when not in boost.
I wonder if I would use more fuel because of the heat.

Im seeing 12-12.5psi on my 1900 with the 2.7 T-Mac RIP pulley with the 10% overdrive IW balancer and T-Mac/LC32 8 rib conversion kit. Mike... Britt (nuttyprofessor) on the tbss site is about to have a similar build compared to what you want here pretty soon. He's got Joe's old motor (Forged 370) and a nose driven 2300, probably going to push somewhere between 10-14psi with the LEP blower cam and Alky. Check it out, Im not sure if he's got any pics up, but I know speaking with the Joe the past few days him and Britt have been buried in it trying to get it ready.
