Default Who has pics of trans cooler mounted in front of Intercooler on NBS 03-06 silverados?

Do not know if I have seen any pictures of how people are mounting their trans coolers in front of their intercoolers. It is repeatedly suggested to put the trans cooler in front but have yet to see any installed final pictures of how the mounting was done . Interested in installs that are not completely custom but mostly utilizing the stock radiator support and similar.
just trying to get some ideas flowing...

thanks

I don't suggest that, especially if you use a large trans cooler like the trucool 40k (which I recommend). It blocks too much of the intercooler and will hurt your IATs a lot.

I would think it would be better to have the transmission cooler out front as that can not be adjusted in a tune, but you can adjust a tune for warmer IAT...I think I would rather have a small loss of power instead of frying my tranny, its hot here in AZ :/

A big cooler will keep it plenty cool behind the intercooler but suit yourself.

hmm so there is only one way to find out. I think i will mount the IC in front for now and if the temps are no good I will adjust accordingly.

This is how I have mine mounted. Put the trans cooler up as high as I could and have a big Treadstone in front of it. I live in South Florida and only see my trans temp on my 4l80 get to about 157 Fahrenheit in traffic on hot days and drops once moving. I don't run my Trucool 40k through my radiator either.
