whippled LQ4 cam thoughts
#1
I have a lifter sticking, so I'm taking this as a sign to get a lq4 ready to drop in its place. Right now, I'm running a 220/224 .564/.567 on a 115+2 LSA, and it seems to work very well with my combo. I know the bigger motor is going to want more cam, but I don't want to overdo it. I have a yank TT2600, but I'll have a PI 3000, 3 disk, by the time the new motor is ready. I'm also running 3.73 gears with 28" tires. The whipple is now making 10 psi. Everyone has good results with the GT2-3, but I've been very happy with the current cam, and its going to take some convincing to get me to switch to something very different. Do you guys have any suggestions for me?
