whipple pulley size ???

Ive got a 01 Silverado hd 6.0 with a dual belt whipple with 3.75 pulley. How much boost will it make and how much boost is my stock engine good for. Thanks

I'm pretty sure that that was the pulley that Whipple supplied with the kit, which made about 5 psi on my stock 6.0. I think 7 psi is about the limit without an intercooler.

What pulley would get me to 7-8 lbs

See where you're at now, then each 1/8" smaller pulley boosts boost by 1 psi. Without alcohol injection or intercooling (maybe you have both?) the added boost won't add much power.

Agreed, at that point you start pumping too much heat.
