Default Where would a TVS take my times?

I ran a 13.39 @ 101.8 MPH with a 1.839 60 ft

I am thinking of adding a tvs 1900 or 2300 but running it somewhat conservative since its not a track queen and it is on stock internals, so not a crazy amount of boost. I would also have my stall re-stalled.

How much time could a supercharger deduct from my time slip.

Ohh yeah the truck weight was right at 4000 lbs without me in it (im 215lbs) and i am going to be shedding 150 lbs. off the weight of the truck.

IIRC, I'm thinkin 6#. My guess is 120-135 HP. Assuming traction, I'll guess -1 sec to 1.2 gains. So, how are ya gonna shed 150#?

the weight loss is going to be from an aluminum trans x-member,i have a few brackets on the frame that are no longer being used from before it was bagged (10lbs)
skinnys for the front bogarts for the rear, ect.

if i am just going to want to run 6lbs or so would i be just as well off with an older 112 or 122?

IMO get a used 112/122 for around $2500...If you only want to run 6 lbs, I was able to push a 112 up to 8 lbs in my SSS. But if you can find a good priced tvs1900 its a no brainer...

thanks for answering my question got another,

what would be the benefit of selecting a TVS over a 112-122? assuming its going to see no more than 8psi due to stock pistons and rod bolts.

I would say that the TVS is more efficient and builds less heat than the older radix.

That and it carries the boost higher in the RPM range. The Prochargers were killing the only MP112 setups because they couldn't hang in the higher RPM range. The TVS 1900 boosts up to 6600 or so no problem.
