where do i get whipple parts?

It also much easier to get a tune and injectors and have it run good, than it is to figure out how to install their wiring harness and have it run just OK.

I would probably just use the whippletronics until I would get enough money to upgrade it. Will this supercharger kill my gas mileage doing regular driving on the highway and stuff (not rodding it) because it's my daily driver?

If you drive like grandpa, the mileage might even improve, but no, it won't kill your mileage.
You might as well leave the supercharger in its box until you can afford to do it right. The Whippletronics are also known as "craptronics". All of the splicing into the stock wiring harness for Whipple's sensors is a pain in the ***, besides the damage potential. Seriously, you would be wasting a lot of time to do it the wrong way.
Take some time and do more research, get everybody with a Whipple's opinion, and find out about intake air temperatures, lack of fuel volume, and craptronics, before you commit to installing their wiring harness.

All you really need to ditch the whippletronics is the injectors and a tune. The stock fuel pump is fine. Find some 42s for 1-200 bucks and you're set.
btw i get about 8.5-9 mpg in town and about 16mpg on the highway but i also have a 3200 stall and cam.
