Default What is taking Magnacharger so long with the TVS?

I have been patiently waiting for a year to replace my current maggie system on my 6.0 Denali PU with a new TVS 1900 or 2300 system. While I have seen that you can buy the charger outright, what can possible be taking so long to change the integrated system to handle a more efficient unit. Since I am in Colorado, I am now tempted to go with a turbo system to minimize loss of HP with altitude. Does anyone have a new estimate on when the TVS kit will be available? Last I heard was after the new year. Here we are, any new news? Thanks

No idea. Harrop in Australia already has 1900 and 2300 units for sale.

Maybe BlownChevy or CrashDummy will chime in here.

I suspect it has alot to do with keeping up with GM in many aspects.....#1, Tuning is getting more difficult, #2 alot more vehicles are spec'd with the LS motor, #3 the change in heads, #4 DOD, FlexFuel and finally finding time to develop the new stuff.

I agree-get a turbo, why wait for the maggie when they dont even seem to have the complete set up in testing yet, they have the HU but they are dropping the ball for the NNBS trucks and a lower intake for the NBS trucks to fit the 'new' HU

they should have known this was coming...they won the SEMA award for the first radix, what were they thinking not haveing it together for the new trucks??
