What size is this turbo?

A friend has a never used AI research turbo, he was told that it is a 67mm. I measured the exhaust side and am getting about 65mm and 52mm on the compressor side. Here are some pics.

Looking around I found out it is a t04b98. Basically a 52mm. If I had two it would do great for twins, lol.
