TR6 or BR6EF at .035. 12# will be fine as long as your tuner is good.

ok so went ahead and put the small pulley on and it made 508 @the wheels however my tuner said it was maxed out on the fuel side and started going lean at the end.. here is his email he sent me:

"It made 508 but the mass air meter and the injectors are maxed out. 60 lb injectors are normally good to 680rwhp with a manual tranny. But that is with a fuel pressure regulator that has a 1:1 ratio rising rate where you can put a boost/vacuum line so the fuel pressure would go up with boost pressure. I assume that is why we are running out of injector. You can see in the graph that it gets lean at the end. Since we have maxed out the MAF I had to add fuel at the last cell which would in turn add fuel where we didn't need it. Notice the two pictures. Look at the injector duty cycle as well as the MAF(lb/min), 67.72 is the max amount of air flow it will read. I feel like we need to put the other pulley back on until we can get more fuel. I'm going to button it up and call your parents for pickup. I will go ahead and run the balance on your card. Truck runs well. Good news is, it was not spark knocking."

so for the time being he went ahead and put the bigger pulley back on. now with that being said... whats my step to get the fuel right?? its got Bosh EVI4 injectors from FIC, and a FIC 340 fuel pump. what else do i need?? i REALLY want this 500!! haha

and sorry im pretty new to the whole performance game so im trying to learn as much as i can. Would it be as simple as adding a fuel pressure regulator in line like this:

You will have to convert your non-return system to a return system and add in an aftermarket regulator. Do a search in the fuel section, lots of info on the subject.
