Diamond makes good stuff, as does wiseco and JE, from what I've seen. If you're leaving the crank alone (which is fine), don't forget to balance it with the new rods/pistons! =)

I like diamond, probe, je, mahle. I chose diamond in my build for convenience, but would have run any of these really. Definitely upgrade your rods while your in there anyway. And rebalance even if you are using a new crank!

i know diamond and wiseco can make a 5.3 piston....

diamond will make you whatever you want, as do others.

Im using diamond pisons, with eagle rods
