What is involved in TVS upgrade?

The 112 should stay. The TVS is just a more efficient system that has better IAT capabilities and does not scream as loud either.
I spoke with Magnuson Friday with the same question and was told the above. In a nut shell if you have a good working 112, 5 to 6k to move to a TVS would be a terrible amount of money to gain maybe 20HP from a better IAT and more efficient screws.
You can get 20HP allot cheaper with a pulley and tune or perhaps a cam.
I was kind of floored by it. I called to see if I could use my 112's fuel pump and heat exchanger to see if I could shave off some of the cost. What I got was a kind of wake up call. I expected perhaps some pressure to get my credit card going on a new TVS.
So, I'm going to hold out for a cam down the road.

I have been working my retinas overtime looking for serious data on the TVS series over the 112 including posting questions here and cannot get straight answers. Its most elusive. The sales person was the most info I got so far.
I did not get his name. I called around 7:00 pm est.

I think most of the time its easier (and better) to just talk about the situation on the phone.

it's like this, the 112 is a great blower and will give to a point. The tvs takes it to the next level with improved mid and high rpm power. Just look at the dyno graphs and it shows. Is it worth the cost to upgrade? Only you can answer that, for me it was an easy YES and I am very happy with my purchase.

Thanks for the replies. Just got a custom tune from Livernois Motorsports, and am close to 400 for horsepower and torque. Just wondering what was involved in the switch such as same manifold/different blower or both. I probably still have some left in this blower as i still have the 3.4 pulley on. Thanks again for the replies.
