Still need to see what it will do now with meth @ 10 and dyno tune.

It sounds like alot of money just to bump one second off the 1/4 mile time.... but kindof adds to the Cool Factor

I was hoping for a low 13... guess i better go ahead and get the Meth Kit.....

It's sounds like a lot of money if you stay at 6 psi, crank it up with the meth, you'll be safe all the way to 10psi. Then it won't feel like a lot of money when you've shaved off 2.xx seconds.

Where did you get your boost controller from? and what spring do you have in yours?

This is where I'm not sure. However, I remember reading/being told that mine has an electric setting, not a spring. That's what allows me to change between all different kinds of boost.
I ordered my duel stage from STS along with my kit. Low boost is set at 3psi for DD purposes and the second one is adjustable. High boost has been set ay 6psi, 7psi, 8psi, and 10 psi.
If I'm wrong maybe someone can correct me.

Oh ok.. i was thinking you get a lower spring so that is your minimum Boost, and the controller just regulates it.... i got ya now.

I would way rather have someone expect a 1/2 second drop and get more. than someone expecting 1 1/2 -2 second drop and get a lot less. And if it's more than 3/4 of a second less with just the sts at 6 lbs and no other mods I would be mildly suprised. Granted, a good tune can change alot of things, and add to that more boost and then maybe you'll see a second and a half?

Most folks will come in a fair amount slower than they were promised until they spend a few more bucks to make it right.

well my best is a 14.81

Adding the STS with 6psi, TT3000, and some good tires... i hope i can get a 13.81... thats a full second... And a Meth kit in a few months, so i should be able to turn some good numbers. But this is a Truck and will be used as a truck.. so if it can tow 5k lbs and be capable of high-mid 13s.... that would be nice!!!
