What do you guys think about this cam.

You won't have any problems passing emissions with a mild turbo cam. The real issue will be the rest of the turbo setup - at least it was for me. I passed the sniffer with flying colors, but the third time I had to get smogged I got tagged for a Test Only and that was trouble.
You can always consider spending a little more and getting a custom turbo cam, too. They open and close the exhaust valve a bit early and the intake a bit late. This helps prevent backpressure from causing exhaust contamination of the intake charge.
I used Cam Motion for my cams in the past but the guy I knew there is gone now. The cam I'm switching to in my big block was done by Comp, but spec'ed by another company.

Yeah, I think you are right. I will most likly get a custom grind, either from my tuner or vinci. Maybe I should get that 3 piece timing cover and just swap cams. If I get a custom cam made, I do want it to be best for my setup, I really dont want to go mild.
