what the best spark plugs for boost?

I am not the most experienced and am just learning spark plug thing but the info you see here is a good starting point.
Study up on how to read plugs.
After that to confirm you want to insert a new plug, fire up and start a 1/4 mile WOT run ASAP, then shut off when you let off and coast to a stop. Pull and replace the plug and do a read.
