Well Turbhoe, I pulled the sensor out and sure enough one of the legs of the sensor is disconnected. So a new sensor will fix it

Is it possible that the bad IAT sensor is causing it to run lean? I got it around 11.4-11.7 at 14 psi and now for no reason it tries to go as lean as 13.2!!! Also Im getting what appears to me as false knock, it happens even when the afr is perfect. Im only running 13* as well, just on 93

I'm using a f body iat sensor from autozone. It's the kind that just plugs into a tight grommet. Stays in there nice and tight and I have the warranty on it too. Mine did what you were talking about a while back so I went in to autozone and gave them that one and and the have me a new one no questions.

im using the MSD one that threads in..
i drilled a hole in the EGR cover plate on the Intake Manifold and thats where its been for awhile now.
Heat soaks bad while idling but it seems to be a more accurate reading of air inside the manifold??

Yea I've heard of ppl doing that. I just have a bung in my cold pipe before the TB. Its been working fine for a while but its definitely broke now. I can see one of the legs of the probe is not connected. Dunno how it happened but the new one should resolve my problem

Well new IAT sensor is in and working great, but the lean condition is still there and it's driving me crazy. Im thinking it may be something with the boost reference line for the regulator so Ill see if I can fix it this weekend. It's scary when you hit 13.2 afr at 14psi lol
