Thanks for all of the replies. I do have my Vacuum ref plumbed to my manifold. The problem turned out to be OIL. Everywhere inside of my intake tubing... Not sure what happened . I pulled everything apart and cleaned it. The MAF was coated in oil. I also pulled the turbo off and it seems fine. Could boosting with the snorkle kit have caused to much intake restriction??? Anyways I took off the snorkle kit and ordered a 12 inch K&N today. Hopefully everything will be back to normal>

Could your pump have failed intermitantly? This would cause you to have oil in your intake and tailpipe no? I know when my pump shut down I was blowing clouds of smoke and my muffler was drenched.

No sure. The alarm never went off and there is no oil on the exhaust side. I also found that my WG was full of water. Is this normal and is there a fix other than draining it on occasion?

For the oil, check to make sure your pump goes into high speed mode above 3psi or so of boost. There will not be an alarm as long as the pump is working but it will not scavenge enough oil at higher RPM's when the oil supply increases.
The WG water issue was a common problem where ethanol or oxygenated fuels are used. STS just recently redesigned the WG tube so that it does not sit at the bottom, or moved from the 6 o'clock to 3 o'clock position. There is a thread from Feb 2006 that shows the new design. It was not too big a deal until those in the colder climates had their WG piston freeze closed . Free boost increase but bad for tuning....

I never had a part number, I just called Dave at STS and asked for the "big K&N".

Default Another question about meth injection nozzle???

The 12" K&N is part #RE-0800. I went with the 14" Part # RE-0820. They were the same price.

One more question for you guys.. How do you know what is the best size nozzle for Meth injection. I have tried two different sizes. One that came with the kit and one step larger. They both seem to lower the temps the same but If I go to big will I start to loose power or do I just go as big as I can until it starts to miss????

Cool

I am not sure what is optimal but I am running a M15 ( 0.25GPM/15GPH with 100 psi pump) with 50/50 meth. Read the FAQ at AlkyControl to get some idea of what Julio recommends about tuning.
