You want to run the boost reference line to the wg before the throttle body. You have the bov correct

So what happens if you run the wastegate boost reference hose after the throttle body?

The WG sees vac, which isn't a big deal. That's the way mine has always been. Some WG MFG's don't like you to do it like that, but I always have. It's the only way to control true manifold pressure.

Ive always ran the wastegate reference to the intake manifold post Throttle body.
