Default Wastegate Tube Routing

I have been playing with the idea of dumping my wastegate tube to atmosphere instead of recirculating it. Looking for pictures from people who are running a similar setup. I have played with and mocked up a tube that dumps from the front bumper, but am concerned with the length.

Just looking for some inspiration.

I have the Trick manifold, so it is mounted on the manifold itself.

This is where I'm at with my build. I also have the trick manifold. My plan was to use the flange that's in the manifold for a 38mm wastegate and run another down on the crossover. I don't know why trick decided to put a 38mm flange on the manifold, he even says in the full kits that he sell they just block it off and run one on the crossover. 38mm is the smallest one you can get and from my research, they aren't big enough for our engines.

I am now deciding to just use one 50mm on the crossover. It will be much cheaper than using two 38's.

Update to my plan. Im going to mount mine up on the manifold like I originally planned.

I will be grinding up my $600 manifold to take off the 2 bolt flange built in, then opening up the hole for a 50mm and welding a short piece of tubing on it to a V band. Progress will be in my project thread when I get there, probably about a week or two.

50 isn't really huge. 60mm is on the large end, but not unreasonable.

Choda- 38mm isn't enough for my motor most likely. Bigger is usually better in terms of wastegates.

Ok I agree because I had to swap the 39 to a 46 to keep my boost under control.

I was thinking of the 60mm when I read the 50mm. U guys got me twice.
