I'd go with a jgs 50mm.. I've been down the road of having to small a wg and overboosting problems.

Im running a Tial 38mm and its been good to me ever since i used it on the STS kit years ago and now on my KBracing kit.

I'm running a 38mm on my 5.3 and it can keep the boost as low as 7psi. At 14lbs a 38mm will do just fine.

cool, thanks for replys guys, found a turbosmart 40mm for a pretty good price so i think ill jsut swoop that up.

the 38mm Tial is keeping mine around 5psi right now.

But not when you open the exhaust Nonnie. You could use a bigger gate and so could i. I'm using the jgs 40? And the lowest boost I can make is 10 psi on a 6 psi spring. Has a lot to do with backpressure in the cross over and how well the exhaust flows post turbine.
