I drilled 2 holes, put stainless bolts through the holes, and hooked 10ga wire to each side with a ring terminal end, and put a rubber washer on the outside to keep everything out.

I'm about to replace my stock (dead) pump in the morning with a Walbro 20000169 255lph. I was told it is a direct replacement for the stock pump. Do I need to be concerned with the wiring?

Will my tune have to be adjusted since I have a boost-a-pump on there now?

So which two wires of the factory harness does this replace? The black (ground) and grey (power) ones?

just run it from the back of the alternator, put it on a relay, and let the factory wire "trigger" it on

I just got my kit in today, is the red power wire long enough to go from the tank to the fuse box center? I have an extended cab and 15ft is kind of pushing it depending on how I route it...

Do you have any pics showing the connections to the pump?

Yes, it is long enough. Sorry, I don't have pics of the connection to the fuel pump. It's just eyelets on the end of the wire that go over the studs on the pump.

Mangled did a write-up when he installed his. He took pics, and he points out where the wire is in the fuse box.
