Not necessarrily the tensioner but the whole assembly. If you go to the magnacharger webpage and look at the install instructions its the picture near instruction 95 and 96

If you mean the tension support bracket at instruction #95, you will have to order that from Magnacharger. If you just need the tensioner with pulley (left side, with the gold bolt) you can buy the part mentioned above.
