Hmmmm now u have me thinking about my 2011 6.2 daily... I know obviously it has the 14 bolt but I always thought it was the 6l80e never thought about that possibly being a 6l90!!! Guess it's time for some investigating lol

If it is a 1500 truck it likely has the 6L80. But the OP stated driveline from a 2500 as though he swapped things into his 1500 truck....

Mine has held up to 507hp since September, but I definitely worry about it. 5500#

I'm not sure what kind of power I'm making but I'm running an S475 at 6# with 33" tires and have had no problems with my trans...been boosted for about 10K miles now.

I blew the 6l80e on the dyno at around 550-580rwhp. Swapped a low miled 6l80e, and dynod at 666.

turbod 6.2.

I would begin with supporting mods. Also i would upgrade injectors and pump.

would run an aftermarket maf instead speed density. just me though, other run speed dens and are perfectly good to go.

The most important piece of advice. Do not cheap out on anything, or expect to do the install twice, and twice the money. Happened to me!
