Yep she is my DD and tow truck... It wont be nothing to change it out during the winter.. Looks like ill be conducting a little test with Straight Distilled H20, H20/WW, Coolant/Distilled H20. Prob wont be that big of a difference... but its worth a shot..

Coolant is actually not very good at transfering heat. It's primary pupose is anti-freeze followed by corrossion prevention.

Oh, well my thinking is all wrong... Thanks guys,, ill be flushing the system out in the morning and adding Distilled H20 and Water Wetter...

OH yea... i went with a W/A becuase the guy sent it with the kit... so i said what the heck.. its not the prettiest thing but no leaks and works good... so im not goin to complain like you guys are when i post the pictures...

I've always used distilled water too, with a little coolant to prevent corrosion. I have run just straight distilled for awhile with little to no noticable difference in it's cooling ability. It was also a test to see if the water would ice up or freeze at all without coolant in it. It turns out in never froze, but that's probably because I kept it moving. As for it freezing becuase of the weather, I can't help you there, it rarely gets below 40*F here.
