really? so i can run stock fuel lines, filter, rails, fpr ect? just retrofit the 255 pump and put the 42lb'ers in there and i should be fine? well thats easy enough. so all i need to worry about is oil lines, tune and how im going to run the maf. so on to that, 2.5" or 3" intercooler piping? and where do i need to locate the maf? can i leave it in the stock location? if so, im guessing a blow off vavle would need to go between the maf and the throttle body correct?

You want the maf to be after the blow off valve. 2.5" or 3" piping would be fine.

Dont worry about the other junk. All you need is injectors, fuel pump and a tune.

alright, so maf would be okay to keep in factory location or do i need to move it closer to tb? last question for now... is the stock maf okay to run with 42lb injectors, or is it even possible to re adjust the maf for the 42's with a tune?

anyone know? do i need to get a maf spec'd for 42lb'ers or can they adjust for that in the tune? also, where can i find a sandwich plate that goes in between the oil filter/block that has 2 fittings so i can run oil lines? also, back to the maf... do i keep it stock location? as far as i could tell, the previous owner of this setup had the maf directly behind the cone air filter on the supercharger intake. basically mounted directly up against it with a long extended harness (if my mind serves me correct)... im planning on going with an intercooled front mount setup so im guessing i can keep the maf in stock location?

Tune can adjust to it.. But only so much.. I max my stock MAF out at ruffly 4k, then it is souly on the tuner to get the fuel and all on.. MAF can stay in the stock location.. You will want a bypass valve( vortech makes one) A blow off valve can often cause it to surge, yes they are different.. A intake pump, bigger injectors is the way to go, no need for the POS FMU..

ive got the vortech bypass vavle, i was just wanting to run a bov because the truck is 5-speed... surging doesnt bother me, i have a few buddies running prochargers on their mustangs and i LOVE the way it sounds with the charger rushing and the car surging slightly

Surging is not good on the blower wheel.. Might sound cool, but can actually hurt the blower..

i have that same blower on my cammed 6.0. go to cxracing.com and pick up there intercooler kit for an f150, not exspensive at all, it dropped my iat's 50 degrees, the vortech gets extremely hot, when i had this on my 5.3 in a crew cab, summer times were low 14's, and winter dropped to 13.2s, night and day with the heat. i run 44lb injectors and and mine are maxed out at 5,000 rpms or so, i need 60's. my maf is also maxed out as well, put bov after blower outlet before leading into intercooler, and place maf after intercooler before throttle body. heres some pics if they help. i picked up 200rwhp with the blower and cam, i paid 1000 bucks for my kit and 170 bucks for the intercooler stuff. You will also want to get a catch can, the stock vortech set up bypasses some oil from valve cover back into blower which in turn blows onto the maf, i didnt like this so much, i was cleaning oil out of the intercooler tubes every so often.

also with your 5 speed i bet youll be throwing belts, because the stock tensioner cant take the on and off runs, i broke 3 tensioners from manual shifting mine, left in drive havent broke one, get the tightest belt posible because theyll stretch. hasnt been a bad setup for the money i paid, there are plenty more trucks quicker then me, but it works for what i paid, and when boost comes on it pulls like a frieght train, my best trap speed is 111 in the winter time, not to bad for stock lq4 with cam, full wieght crew cab, my 60fts are ****, still runs 12's, but should be low 12's for what i got. good luck with putting it together. I ditch the cxracing bov, and went with tial 50mm, sounds awesome, havent had any problems so far. and you really need to pin your crank, i spun 2 balancers on the crank, i know it was spinning because before id have to rev it to 4k or so before blow off valve would go off, now 1k, shes tight now.
