Default Vacuum source question

For those of you with a sts kit....where do you take your vacuum source for the boost controller?......from the intake manifold? Or the turbo itself?

I'm trying to figure out why I can't raise my boost past 10#.

There is a vacuum port on the passenger side of the intake. Break the little tab off and stick your line on there and zip tie it.

I just saw this wasn't a GM. So I have no idea where it is on a hemi.

You will see more boost from the manifold source when running on waste gate spring only.... when using a boost controller run off the Turbo compressor for boost source. Plus every wastegate company will tell you not to let wastegate see vacuum... it prematurely deteriorates the diaphragm inside. And boost will also come in sooner when off compressor vs manifold.

Is your boost controller is inline the vacuum source to the wastegate? What spring is in your gate and what turbo
