Melted two pistons. One on each side of the motor. No sign of detonation just melted top right corner on both.

Sorry to hear that. If in Houston there are several speed shops down there that might have some stockers on the shelf.

Not sure if Texas speed and Perf. Over by hobby airport is still around. ??

It was about 14psi.

They don't look broke really more of burned right off. I'll try some of the shops around.

Are those junk yard dog wiseco pistons suppose to be same weight as stock?

Give Bronco Auto & Truck Salvage in north Houston a call. I always have good luck with late model GM truck parts there, good prices too. May have a 6.0 or stock pistons for you.
