I would definately take you up on it if I really thought it would be possible, but as picky as I am.......I seriously doubt it. Put it this way, I will have a sheet or two of torque specs and sequence for each bolt. I just wouldn't want a leak to form or something not set right.
My biggest issues are the leaf spring bushing removal, rivet removal for hangers, cam, valve springs, and crank pinning. I've never done any of this except a cam, but that was on my 93' GT 5.0. The engine was totally out of the vehicle. I've never done a cam on a GM vehicle. I guess I'm not understanding how the lifters are not falling down once the cam is removed.
Anyways, I appreciate the great opportunity, but I we could always run into a problem along the way, and have to wait several days to get a part.
I'll keep you in close mind though.
Thanks,
Jim

Ill put it this way it can be done if you got your butt up here early in the day friday we could have you running. Maybe not do the suspension stuff but all the motor/trans stuff and see how much time is left for the suspension. Ihave no doubt the engine stuff can be done. If I can do a cam swap in 6 hours easy then we could do the rest of the crap. I can have your trans out in 45min
I have never done a shift kit or servo job before but I got a buddy in HOuston that can hook you up he built the trans thats in my truck now and it was all good till I didnt fill it all the way up with fluid and went WOT right after I put the new 418 in
