Right now I have a single Walbro 255 in tank with an Aeromotive return style regulator that uses the stock feed and return. I will post a pic of what I have to help.
I am not too sure exactly what your question is. This is going to use a GM filter, regulator and stock lines. I am getting pics and will do a build, I know I am a slow worker, as i stated in my original post. I work on cars all day, at 5:30 I couldnt care less about my truck and more so about getting home and letting my dog out.
Dont know if this will help

My question was how to do the dual in tank pump setup. How to build it, and what I would need to build it. Sorry for the confusing post with the pic...just wanted to show what style I had currently (return style) and what regulator I have.

Well we stayed late and did a little work. Got the whole front back together and this built. Almost ready to get the tank back in there and wire everything up. Matt took the connectors to the pumps apart and re wired and crimped and soldered them so there were no breaks in the wires inside the tank. I had to put the big loop in it because it had compresses down so much that I couldn't run it straight off the Y to the pumps but it will work.

Another odd part in this thread. I don't know how you get the most obscure part from such a difficult to navigate web site.

What kind of hose is that? When I did my single install I used fuel injection rated rubber hose from Napa.... it came apart and left me stranded. I went back with the the oem type of line.

Gates submersible fuel line. Kinda expensive but it's what works.
