Just the one idle vid
. No tune on yet, although it is in BRAND NEW GAS!!!!!!!!!
Tuning to start after the minor exhaust leaks are addressed and I experiment with vacuum stuff a bit.

I got most of the leaks fixed when I put the "test pipes" in. One of the connections still leaks and no amount of torqueing it got it straight last night. I'll give it one more try next weekend and then work towards different options...
Wow did the removal of the cats change the tone of it!
I also fixed my boost gauge... Helps to have ALL the vacuum lines attached hehe.
200 miles on the rear gears.
I took a bunch of pics last night and will post them when I get a chance (hopefully tonight).

Nope. It's 65* this morning and my tune was never hooked up for low temps
Plus I still have 300 miles on the rear gear break in. I did some fun little part throttle runs though
but that really emphasized I need to retune heheI can say that it looks like IC-only is yielding ambient +6* +/-1* with the new big IC. Add meth to that...

oh -- another funny story... I wired up the fan for my derale tranny cooler. It works great. The tranny temp never lifted off of 100* lol for the entire time it idled (long enough to get engine temps up.
Then I turned off the key. And the engine kept running for 3-4 minutes . I just grabbed one of the 12v lines I put into the cab from the fuse box for one of the various projects -- gauges, megasquirt, wbo2 or something -- and threw a ground on the frame so the fan would be on whenever the key was on. Hehe except, that line must be in the ignition circuit... I was out of time so I just snipped the wire.
I guess I'm going to have to actually take my time and do this right -- I just don't want to use a switch.

BTW - I think I need a new alternator.

At least that's an easy fix
Did you get it tested or did some at home diag?

One step closer. I found a small vacuum leak today that might have been affecting things... one of the turbos blew a charge pipe coupler off lol
I kinda feel like I've had to go back and trace my steps for the last two assembly days when I was rushing like mad to get it started before the move... Not only was the one coupler off, but two more sets of couplers were barely tightened.
