so if you get the 2300, you have to spend extra for the 8 rib? How much does that usually run ballpark?

Even on the 6 rib at 10psi that 2300 should be alot faster than the 112 and 122. That 11.5psi is impressive for a stock crank pulley and a 3.0" blower pulley. Just what that motor needed.

One of my friends has ran an LS2 over 20psi. It survived that fairly well until the cam bolts backed out causing valvetrain issue's. Race fuel only of course.

I think what he meant is a reference to the efficiency maps saying it should be good to 20 psi.

exactly good to 20 psi.

Right now im seeing 11.5 psi and spikes to 12. This is with a 3.0 pulley with slip. Now with 3.0 and 8 rib set up id prob get 13.5 to 14 psi boost with the 3.0 pulley. Drop that to 2.8 pulley on a 8 rib could see 15.5 to 16 psi boost im sure.

Add a 10 percent overdrive and boost would be up there nicely maybe not 20 psi but close. Big cubic inch motor will eat up some psi so might as well be the test guy since i have the kit

Maybe im off on this but just some numbers correct me if im wrong> if i have a 6 rib set up and see 12 now and get a 8 rib set up Im sure boost woudl go up since i have slip now. Lets say i get 8 rib and nothing changes. Then i swap to 2.8 pulley wont 2.8 add about 1.5 to 2 psi boost (im at sea level) add the overdrive crank pulley wont that add another 2-3 psi??
