not just that the 275 40 17 gives you a 4.92 about rear end geairng. With 275 40 17 at 110 mph you would be in a much better rpm range. Im sure with the 275 40 17 you could pull off 12.20s to 12.30s

Out of 5 runs, 3 were crap spinning off the line. The best of the evening was a part throttle take off. The other was with traction control turned on.
12.67
108.8
1.97 60'
Notes: Even with hard prolonged burnout, I couldn't get traction. Also, the stock transmission just wouldn't shift 2-3 without hitting rev limiter. I did try to adjust that part of the tune, but even increasing pressure and lowering the shift rpms it still would push through to the rev limiter. What can you say, its a stock 4L70, at least it didn't break.
I'm convinced with some free mods, weight reduction, a shift kit, and some tuning this thing would be solid low 12s. Heck, just traction to help the pitiful 60' would drop the ET a few tenths easily.
Overall, I'm very pleased. It making great power straight out of the box with only 5.5 psi. Next time, I'll have the transmission issues fixed, drop off a few pounds, and may see how it reacts to 7psi.
