im guessing its a RCSB, due to weight, you will want longer gears, thats why i just went back down to 3.73s.. 4.11s with the turbo will eat through 1st and 2nd very quick, and it will only break tires loose, which is not what you would want. Just my opinion...

I would read a little more if i were you

leave the 3.23's its a turbo truck. You want it to do better from a dig get a 2 step and let it eat.

Reason I don't like 3.23's is because I basically only run in 2 gears. 1st=70 2nd=80
And it only runs good from a 35mph roll

A converter will fix all that..
im running 3.42s and 32" mud tires with a stock 80E TC. yea off idle it takes half a second.. but when it gets to moving, its gone.

more boost will make those 3.23s feel alot better.

I just got it turned up to 10#'s it peaks 11.
But with stock 3.23's on a G80 locker what would be a good roll to race and to how many #'s should I brake boost?

A 03 Lightning with 15-16#'s, Stage 2 cams, and FBO wants to race me.

Was it Mitch that had 4.10s in his twin turbo 5.3 that got into the 10s?

Id say 3.42's if you want to change, maybe 3.73's but 4.10/4.11 is too much
