Default Turning up the boost

Well finally got my Silverado back last weekend, tuned by Tellez Motorsports.
First it was running on 5#'s for the first 2 days, then upped the boost when I got my AEM TruBoost hooked up and turned up the boost to 7#'s(peaks 8).

Thing is I want more boost.

My Tuner is coming back in 2 days, and plan on re-tuning it for 10-12#'s on pump gas. Do you guys recommend going that high quick?

Tuned for 93 octane

Stuff done so far

Stock 2006 5.3 W/ 101K miles

Stuff installed recently (less than 300 miles)
-Cam Lunati 216/220 .560/.560 @114 lsa (dual springs)
-Head studs
-LS9 Gaskets
-76mm .96ar Front mount intercooled turbo
-Bosch 60# injectors
-Aeromotive 340 intank fuel pump
-4l80e W/ stock stall
-Stock G80 W/ 3.23's(Horrible digs, 1st gear= 70mph 2nd=120)

And what kind of rwhp do you guys think it has on 8#'s of boost?

i reccomend you swap that 3.23 to a 3.42 at least.. or a 3.73
also, get a stall!

everything else sounds good, and you should have absolutely no problem at 10 - 12 pounds.. you´ll love it! i just went from 7 to 12 today..

3.42's to 4.10's dropped me .74 in the 1/8th with 32" tires. It was a total pig before.

I'm leaning into 3.73's better, I read that boost likes long gears.
