what motor are you building? if its an ls motor then you can buy a set of 8 of what ever injector your gonna run like the 60's and just use 6 of them for the 4.3l marine manifold. so technically your not wasteing money on injectors your just buying them early!

its easy just get the right pig tails and look at the big plug on top of the stock injector spider. one injector for ever two wire and the injector spot corresponds to the wire position.

kinda like this

6: :5
4: :3
2: :1 each pair of dots equals the pair of wires which equals one injector and that spot.

if i remember correctly all the hots are red so they will go to all the red wires on the pigtails then the other wires which are all different colors are you grounds to fire the injectors. so those will go to black side of pigtails. seems one set of wires were both red IIRC so just follow the pattern of where the other hot red lay and use that same position for that ones hot wire.

Injector wiring wont be a problem, but if stock will support 6-8Psi thats a good starting point.
