Default Turbocharging 07 silverado with 5.3

Hey,
Im pretty new when it comes down to turbo charging and I want to do it the right way.
I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Z71 with the 5.3 and im looking for more power, only things that are done with the truck are it has a 2" level kit, single in dual out flowmaster super 10, and a Hypertech performance programmer in it. I have the shift points on the truck changed but not by much. I love how much it already gets and goes but I want more power and I've read that I can do bone stock with a 70mm turbo, but I want modifications right...soo... what all do I need to do it right? I know the 4l80e trans aren't to bad but I don't know how much power they can handle? do I need bigger injectors? built tranny? high pressure pumps? idk. any information would be great!

4l80e with hd2 shift kit has been known to hold 700hp easily. you will need bigger injectors and fuel pump. you can junk the hypertech programmer and get a real tune. Obviously a turbo kit along with exhaust. plus a few odd and ends that will come up.

im sure im also forgetting some things, currently in the process of turboing my truck now.

Right on. That gives me a good look on the trans then ill look up that hd2 shift kit, I don't need that 700hp but I'm looking to get around 400-500HP, so I figured I'd end up needing to get bigger injectors and push out more fuel pressure. What kind of tune would you prefer?

You need to find a shop near you that does custom tuning. You drop it off to them and they tune it for you

Also if you are only looking for 450-500 that can easily done with a 1.9 whipple supercharger. If I could do my truck again Id supercharge it, more torque and much easier to install.
