UPDATE! we just went to the track this weekend with grounds from everywhere to everywhere and results where the same, i did log one run but wide band wasnt hooked to hp tuners so wasnt speed so i know not a lot can be seen that way but i´ll post it anyways (air fuel was around 11.3-11.6 all 1/4 mile)

-first gear is just badass everytime shiffting at around 6500, and after shifting to second missing starts and rpm dont wana go up, same in 3rd
-one more thing, problem started after t400 trans swap, the 4l80e was slipping but never had this issue

things we did at the track without a better result:
lowered the boost to 4lbs one run just to test
2 coils seemed a little brown near the turbo and where changed
fuel filters where change
option in hp tuners was changed from 4l80e to non elec auto

only thing left to try is turn (auto scale transmission tables) from yes to no (just found that option no idea if that would help us any)

==driver let the throttle out in first gears one time thats what u see in the log==

if anyone has an idea what could cause this or an opinion there all welcome

Is there not any way to get a speed sensor working? You need to fix your IAT sensor as well.
