Default turbo torque converter

I got a Circle D converter in my 05 silverado with a trick turbo kit. The truck has been down for a while getting a new fuel system but when I drove it the other day I could brake torque it up to over 4500 RPM on the foot brake with my hydro boost 2 piston rear brake setup before it would break the tires loose. My converter was supposed to be a 3000 stall. When I punch it from a dead stop with no boost it flashes to 3000 before I can build any boost. On the dyno I was told it was getting full boost at 3100 rpm with the converter locked. I think it's too loose am I right?

Converter locked doesnt mean anything, and I highly recommend not doing that anyway (locking the converter).

Sounds like its too loose, but its not usual to be able to push through the converter when you are brake stalling it.

My PI 3k 9.5" triple disk would flash to 3000. I could brake stall it to 4400 before I got scared and let out lol. It was way to loose for my liking for daily duties so I had it tightened up to flash to 2400 and liked it way better for driving. I could brake stall to ~ 3500 then. Still have it in storage with all the old goodies.
