I had the EXACT same problems with my Precision Turbo, and was told to do the exact same things that have been suggested to you. It ended up being bad seals on the turbine side. If you don't already have a restrictor in the oil feed line I would start there, probably a .040-.050 nitrous jet. Check the drain also for good measure, but my guess is bad seals.

thanks for your help guys. Ill start with the restrictor, hopefully its a turbo related problem, and with that i can live with it, if its internal motor related then the truck will get a 5.3 and this will come out and go ahead and turn into a 370 FI motor for a f body that i will put it in! I need somthing relatively dependable, if my truck isn't that then its going back stock!

I very much doubt that it's an engine problem. I can almost guarantee that it's a seal issue on the turbine side of the turbo.

reliability issues??? seal failure isnt a very common thing if the oiling system is setup correctly. There's just a lot of moving parts to a turbo kit. more potential for something to break. but most of the time, its minor and can be handled easily.

that being said, my setup has been dead reliable.... so buy it

9 out of 10 people are saying its prolly a seal leaking so now, how is the best way to go about having someone look it over and possbily rebuild the turbo, i will have the hot side and cold side coated before it goes back together.

If you can find a local turbo supply/service place that might work. Personally I would probably send it back to the MFG, or you can try Jose at ForcedInductions and see what he can do.
