For 1000 HP and lower Id go a Billet BW S476/92 or the 96MM turbine. I agree wit the T4's working well for the street on the smaller CI. I run them on all my stuff. A 1.10 T6 also can work nice on 364CI and up. The billet S476/92, 1.25 T4 has pushed my 4900 lb 4x4 to 9.6@140 plus in street trim and full 3.5'' exh. I have ran both the billet 76 and the 80mm's and never really liked the 80mm. The S484's and 485's seem to be more efficient.

Naysayer! The billet 80/92 1.25 T4 I ran back in the day was a monster. No regrets with that turbo.

500 rwhp just might be limit on a mud bog truck with big old tractor tires and wheels on some 2.5 ton axles! I'm not sure if we ever got that clarification. lol

I guess it comes down to two choices.

Borg Warner 76/96

VS

Borg Warner 80/96

Which would you run on a 383ci stroker and why? T4 or T6?

Power goals are 850 wheel horsepower with room to grow to 1000

80/96

Either T4 or T6 is fine. I would do the T6.

whatever turbo you go with don't expect it to fix why you are only making 550hp at 15psi of boost and lifting the heads, if you really are lifting the heads.
