They're going to need to know your set up and more importantly desired power goals or track times.

Are you building your own or are you buying a kit?

Cheap-Reliable-Fast

You can only choose two. Check out my build thread in my sig. About a quarter of the way through it, I went turbo so I have a pretty good list of parts in there.

Turbo, tubing, fuel pump, oil line, fittings, welder, wastegate, blowoff valve, vacuum line, gauges, transmission, wheels, lug nuts, valve caps. With the exception of valve caps, all of these things will be needed.

Seriously, you can't learn it all in an hour. Sit down and start reading about turbo systems if it's your first. Once you understand it all, it's pretty easy to figure out a parts list. Getting into the exact details is a little more confusing.
